Graduated 2020

I lived at 6 Comstock for the 2019-2020 school year and it was the best off-campus experience I could have hoped for. The location is just around the corner from Cook/Douglass, far enough away to feel off-campus but close enough to feel safe and surrounded by other students. Not only is the apartment newly renovated, completely furnished and DECORATED, and well-equipped with a dishwasher, excellent shower/bathrooms, same-floor washer/dryer, and more, but Bill was also an extremely attentive and generous landlord in helping to fix any issues around the apartment quickly or simply checking in. These bonuses made the rent well worth it and created a stress-free living situation. It did not feel like typical student housing!

I feel incredibly lucky to have lived at 6 Comstock Street during my time at Rutgers.  While many rentals for students in New Brunswick are old and run down, our apartment was recently refurbished and in a safe neighborhood.  The location is ideal for anyone who spends time on Cook and Douglass campuses, and is also close to a bus station if you have to go elsewhere.  Best of all, our landlord Bill was quick to respond to any inquiries and always completed repairs in a timely manner.  Even with the new renovations and convenient location, the apartment was competitively priced.  I would certainly recommend 6 Comstock Street to anyone!
