Testimonials:

Merna, Psychology major, Rutgers University

I stayed at 6 Comstock street for about 2 years now and I have felt like I was at my own home throughout my stay. The cost of rent was a good value for the apartment as it is very cozy and home-like. The proximity of the apartment to school was very efficient for safety reasons as well as transportation. Also, the most important thing that I found very helpful was how quick the landlord responded to any issues or problems. The landlord was very helpful and considerate, and he was flexible which was greatly helpful for me and my roommate. The only reason for me to leave the apartment in the future would be whenever I finish school, other than that, 6 Comstock has been a great home to me.

We lived in 6 Comstock Apartment #3 for only for three months. The house was very well furnished which we appreciated a lot. Good amount of space for two people and two minutes away from the cook campus, making it very convenient. Having lived in another one of Bill's location we knew he was wonderful landlord to have. He is quick to respond to any problems in the house. I would definitely recommend staying at Bill's houses. Two thumbs up!
